ANALYSIS OF THE RESULTS OF ENDOSCOPIC STENT IMPLANTATION IN MALIGNANT EXTRINSIC ESOPHAGEAL ?OMPRESSIONS AND ESOPHAGEAL ANASTOMOSES

Background . Malignant dysphagia caused by the extrinsic compression of esophagus and esophageal anastomoses is a rare complication malignant neoplasms. Studies on safety efficacy stenting for extra-organ have contradictory results. The aim study was to analyze life expectancy complications after in patients with anastomoses. Material Methods. From 2011 2019, 19 neoplasms underwent ultrasound-guided implantation self-expandable metallic stents. Results No were observed during stent procedure. mean score decreased 1.9 points. Short-and long-term complications, such as migration, profuse bleeding lethal outcome, relapse, tracheo-esophageal fistula, pronounced granulation growth causing recurrent dysphagia, 5 patients. median survival time 55.9 days. Conclusion. placement metal stents due shown be safe effective relieving symptoms dysphagia.
